Thomas Tyrell House is at 133 Beale Street in Kingman, Arizona. The home was built in 1897. Mr. Tyrell built this house and lived in there for two years. His main profession was a painter.
The property also has a pump house and water tower in the back. It is one of the few left from the time when most downtown Kingman homes had their own wells or were supplied water by their neighbors. This is the first house to have indoor plumbing. The house is on the National Register of Historic Places, number 86001172.
